Our small team works hard to fulfill orders same day. Most items will ship within 2 business days after the date your order is placed unless it is expedited. 

Items are shipped via USPS from our store in Boulder, Co. 

If there are delays in order fulfillment we will notify you via email. 

All orders are packaged with care by our small team. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays or damages incurred during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, you may be eligible to file a claim with the USPS for up to $100.
